Frequently asked questions

Will I receive a digital proof before printing? How many proofs will I receive?

Absolutely! During the order process please select YES or NO, for “Want to see a proof?”

If you selected YES, you will receive a proof within 24-48 hours.

If you selected NO, then your order will move directly to production.

● If a PROOF was requested, you will receive a proof via Etsy convo/messages. Please note that processing delays may occur as a result of proofing procedures. Please approve/change proofs within 48 hours or products will be ordered as is.
● Each order comes with 2 free proofs. Each additional proof will be $5.
● PLEASE read/review your proofs carefully! Once you approved the final proof, Paper K Studios is not responsible for errors or typos.

Do you offer proofs before purchase?

I am unable to provide proofs before purchase. ONLY after the initial design consultation with the client and AFTER the listing is purchased, will I begin to work on a proof.

Custom and personalized orders

Paper K Studios always welcomes custom orders. Please convo me PRIOR to purchase and I'll be happy to work with you on your ideas, schedule permitting. Thanks!

The full payment of your order is due BEFORE any work is done.

No custom designed orders will be processed until proof approval is received by customer.

Can I make changes to an existing design?

If you come across a product that you like but want to change it to some elements that aren't already listed in the listing, then feel free to contact me PRIOR to purchasing the listing. I do charge a small fee $3 - $5 depending on what all needs changed. This fee is non refundable.

What if my item arrives damaged?

If your item is damaged during shipping please contact me within 3 business days. Upon approval of your claim, your replacement item should arrive within 7 business days.

When you contact me you must have pictures of your item(s). Depending on the product I may ask you to ship your item back to the manufacturer. Please keep all original packaging and any shipping labels that were included.

If you contact me after 3 business days and or without pictures then I am sorry but no re-prints will be given.

Do you accept rush orders?

Yes, we do accept rush orders on a case by case basis. This will move you to the front of our line. However some of our production partners don't accept rush orders. Please contact us for more details. Please note that the rush order does not include expedient shipping.

Do you offer a bulk discount?

Yes, if you order at least 6 or more of the same item/design (different personalization is okay) then you will receive 10% off your order. You must contact us before you place your order to get the discount code.

LABELS & STICKERS: You must have a minimum of 200 in your cart to qualify for this discount.

May I include a gift message?

Absolutely! If your order is going straight to that special someone, please provide a gift message in the 'Note to Seller' section at checkout. Your message will be included on the invoice in the package.
● Our invoices do not include pricing!

Where do I leave my personalization information?

Please remember to include your personalized personalization EXACTLY as you want it to be spelled. (* name(s), initial(s) and/or message)
in the “Note to Seller” field during checkout.
● I will copy and paste your text directly from your order to avoid any errors, so please double check your order before submitting.

Do you offer rush shipping?

Yes, please contact us BEFORE you purchase with what shipping method you would like and we will set you up a custom listing.
